The Punjab Health & Wellness Awards 2026 were successfully organized at Clay World School in Ludhiana.
The event was organized by Everest Yoga and Pilates Institute in association with the Indian Yoga Association, Punjab Chapter.
The program was held under the leadership of Sanjeev Tyagi, Chairperson of the Indian Yoga Association, Punjab Chapter, and Director of Everest Yoga and Pilates Institute, along with Kavita Tyagi, Director of Everest Yoga and Pilates Institute.
MLA Ludhiana East Daljit Singh Grewal Bhola attended the event as the chief guest.
He lauded the efforts of Sanjeev Tyagi and Kavita Tyagi for promoting yoga and wellness across Punjab.
Several personalities from the fields of yoga, health, and social service were honored during the ceremony.
The Bharat Yog Rattan awards were presented to Dr. Anil Bharti, Yogacharya Dhakaram Ji from Jaipur, and Swami Jeetanand Ji from Gwalior.
The Punjab Rattan honors were given to Maneet Dewan, Yashpal Bangia, and Krishan Lal Gupta.
A total of 20 Yog Rattan awards were presented to yoga personalities from across India.
The awardees included Ashutosh Ji Maharaj, Naveen Joshi Ji Maharaj, Dr. Sanjay Singh, Acharya Dr. Bipin Joshi Ji Maharaj, founder of Doon Yogpeeth, Dr. Poonam Singh, Dr. Navdeep Joshi, and others.
The event also included 19 Samaj Rattan awards, 14 Swasthya Awards, and more than 70 Yog Gaurav Samman.
In total, more than 125 honors were presented during the ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, Sanjeev Tyagi said the mission of the organization is to make Punjab healthy through authentic yoga.
He said Everest Yoga and Pilates Institute would continue to honor true Yog Sadhaks who are working for health, wellness, and society.
The event highlighted the growing importance of yoga, fitness, and holistic wellness in Punjab.
