Ambala : PHDCCI organised an NPS (National Pension System) Workshop on “Strengthening MSMEs Through Social Security and Workforce Retention” on 27 August 2026 at Central Pheonix Club, Ambala, Haryana. Shri Shivam Saluja, Co-Chair, PHDCCI Haryana, welcomed the dignitaries, speakers, industrialists and participants and highlighted the importance of social security in strengthening workforce stability and retention. Shri Sudhir Singh, Deputy General Manager, PFRDA, shared insights on NPS and its role in long-term retirement planning and financial security. Shri Jasvinder Singh, Key Account Manager, HDFC Pension , explained the key features, benefits and relevance of NPS for MSMEs and employees. Shri Chander Prakash, Manager, SBI Pension Funds , explained the NPS registration and contribution process and highlighted the importance of disciplined retirement planning and Shri Vikram Chaudhary, President, ASIMA, proposed the Vote of Thanks and appreciated all stakeholders for their valuable participation.
PHDCCI Secretariat was represented by Mr. Sudhanshu Dhar, Deputy Resident Director; Mr. Gurdeep Singh, Senior Resident Officer; and Mr. Tushar Negi, Resident Officer, who actively interacted with participants and addressed their queries.
