Over 200 HR professionals, business leaders and experts join discussions
Chandigarh: The Haryana State Chapter of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) successfully organised the sixth edition of the HR Conclave 2026 at The Lalit, Chandigarh, under the theme “Transforming HR: Navigating Talent, Tech & Tomorrow.” The conclave brought together leading HR professionals, industry experts, corporate leaders and policymakers to deliberate on the evolving landscape of human resource management and the strategies required to build future-ready organisations.
The conclave commenced with opening remarks by Mr. Naveen Seth, Deputy Secretary General, PHDCCI, who highlighted the significance of the platform in fostering dialogue on emerging HR trends, technological advancements, workforce transformation and employee-centric leadership.
In his theme address, Mr. Rajneesh Singh, Chair, Organising Committee, HR Conclave 2026 and Managing Partner, Simply HR Solutions, stressed that the future of HR lies at the intersection of technology and human values. He highlighted the importance of reimagining talent acquisition, employee engagement and leadership development to meet the aspirations of a multi-generational workforce while maintaining organisational agility and competitiveness.
The Keynote Address was delivered by Mr. Nikhil Channa, President, Child Education Society, who shared insightful perspectives on the importance of continuous learning, leadership development and building people-centric institutions.
The inaugural session concluded with a vote of thanks by Adv. Lokesh Jain, Co-Chair, Haryana State Chapter, PHDCCI, who appreciated the distinguished speakers, partners and delegates for their valuable participation and contribution towards the success of the conclave.
On this occasion, Lohia Corp Limited was honored with the Excellence in Employee Wellness award, RMX Industries Pvt. Ltd. received the Excellence in HR Technology award, Luminous India was awarded Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion, Punjab Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. earned the Excellence in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding award.
The HR Conclave featured three technical sessions and a fireside chat covering key aspects of the evolving workplace. The first session brought together Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Founder, Think People First; Ms. Ladli Kumari, HR-IR Strategist, Maruti Suzuki India Limited; Ms. Purva Chhibber, Director – People and Culture, Greystar; and Mr. Prem Singh Rathore, Chief Quality Officer, Antara Senior Care (Max India). The second session featured Mr. Abhay Kapoor, Executive Vice President – HR, JBM Group; Mr. Jetender Pal Singh, VP & Group HR, Groz Engineering Tools Pvt. Ltd.; Ms. Sanghamitra Sarkar, Senior General Manager – HR Leader, Talent Management & Transformation, CNH India; Dr. Rini, Head – Technology Solutions, BuildTrack; Mr. Rajneesh Singh; and Ms. Sharmila Ganguly, RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist. The third session featured Mr. Aarun Raghav, Vice President – HR, Tata Electronics; Dr. Pradeep Choudhary, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Punjab; Mr. Mritunjay Sahu, Vice President – Human Resources, Bellsonica India; and Mr. Prabhjit Gill, Co-Founder, HR Legal Experts.
While delivering the concluding vote of thanks, Mr. Rajneesh Singh, Chair, Organizing Committee, HR Conclave 2026, reiterated that collaborative platforms such as the HR Conclave play a crucial role in shaping the future of the HR profession by facilitating knowledge sharing, innovation and meaningful industry engagement.
The HR Conclave 2026 witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 200 HR professionals, business leaders, academicians and industry representatives from Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh.
