A video of the crash landing has gone viral on social media. In the video, the paraglider can be seen trying to land near the roadside but losing balance in the final moments before crashing onto the road.
The impact threw the pilot to the ground, leaving him injured.
Local residents immediately rushed to the spot and helped the pilot move to safety. They also informed the authorities about the incident.
